Das Keyboard with Turkish Q layout - no double quotation mark

I am using a Das Keyboard on a Mac and need to be able to use it with a Turkish Q layout. However, when I switch to Turkish Q, there is no double quotation mark (") available on the keyboard other than this one: ” - which in Office programmes appears as an opening quotation mark, rather than an unformatted one. I found a command on Karabiner Elements to switch single quotation marks to double, but this only seems to work on the standard English layout. Does anybody know if there is any way to modify the Turkish Q keyboard layout to include an unformatted double quotation mark?
