MacAlly MINIKEYPROA keyboard Option keys

I'm using the MacAlly MINIKEYPROA keyboard on Mac Mini w. OS10.13.6 installed.
The keyboard is a Mac/Windows combo keyboard, which I think causes the problem below.

I use SizeUp a lot, which is a Finder Window resizing/moving utility.
The issue I'm having with this keyboard is that the shortcut Control+[Left]Option+Command+Up Arrow does not work,
while Control+[Right]Option+Command+Up Arrow does.
All other movement shortcuts using the left three keys work.
How can I get the Up Arrow respond with the Left Option key? Or have the left and right Option keys act the same?
