Release candidate for PR2 Indigo 3.18.7-rt1 pr2-netboot

• - Prototype solutions with netbooting and play around with each of them. Ok, about to attempt soln 1.
• - Come to conclusion and decide which method to develop for netbooting (e.g develop new solution, or bootstrap from old product)
• - Development time and issues with solution decided from above
• - Test fixes and re-iterate between above and here until solution brings computer to booting
• - Enable C1's C2 code to be brought up inside bringup launch
• - Test dashboard to confirm C2 operational
• - add jenkins job for new pr2 netbooting package
• - Test pr2-systemcheck and iterate through bugs for C2 to confirm works
• - Test sensors inside of RViz to see if data is visible
• - Test and develop udev rules for sensors on C2
• - Review the C2 functionality computer monitor code brought up by bringup
• - Full system check. Run through full install again and test it turning on and off and see if C2 boots and if C2 is ssh'able
• - Run a demo from C2 to determine if C2 is functional in the full system
