Tested on macOS 10.13.6 (the VM I had).
Tests 5 different tactics for both Unix and macOS that relate to Local Job scheduling. Can run all or select specific tests. Due to the nature of job scheduling, some waiting is involved and one tactic requires a manual reboot to fully test.
All considerations are printed in status messages for the user to review.
CLEANUP option removes artifacts.
