Support LeakSanitizer in mac

Brief feature description

LeakSanitizer wont run in mac (its disabled at the moment, why its not running is a different issue!)
Run LeakSanitizer by enabling compiler flags

Here is the problem
This issue is reported to Sanitizer
E.g. a list of pros and cons of different considerations and how iceoryx and its user could benefit from it
