Upgrade to Eslint v8

Please at support for the new ESLint version

We would love to, but it's blocked by the eslint plugins we use not being ready for ESLint. See:

• Bug: Rules with suggestions must set the meta.hasSuggestions property to true facebook/react#22545
• Support for ESLint 8? amilajack/eslint-plugin-compat#488

Once those are fixed we can go with ESLint 8 for the preact preset

@marvinhagemeister Do you consider installing the @next version of eslint-plugin-react-hooks. Or are only stable releases allowed?

Resolved by #18 . Version >= 1.3.0 includes support for ESLint v8

@rburgst If you feel like this is something that should be addressed it's better to open a new issue, rather than commenting on a closed one from 2021.
