GPP Module: warn on popular invalid section names

Sourcepoint and OneTrust are populating incorrect section names in the United States. Prebid does not recognize / enforce arbitrary strings for section names. Rather than aliasing, since most other libraries will share the same failure to recognize, I propose a loud console warning.
