Freewheel SSP adapter doc is missing

FreewheelSSP is referenced as a video bidder, next to StickyAdsTV, a native one.

The truth is: freewheel-ssp is an update to stickyadstv. They are actually the same bidder adapter referenced with those two aliases.

=> on the doc page StickyAdsTV can be removed, (stickyadstv is the former company name)
FreewheelSSP supports both video and native and supports the same parameters as the former bidder adapter.
