PM3D - Training Data Compiled and Reviewed and Ready to be Handed Over to CV Team

Description##

PM3D calibration data has been collected by several collaborators around the country between the years 2023 and 2024 for cover crops and cash crops and weeds. The images collected using the oak-d cameras and their corresponding metadata is stored in azure tables and the ground truth biomass dry weight values are stored in spreadsheets in google drive. The azure data has to be paired with the spreadsheets data. Due to several bugs in the pm3d app the azure data needs to be reviewed and cleaned. Similarly, given that the biomass data is entered manually by the users in the spreadsheets, these data has to be manually inspected and reformatted in occasions before it can be automatically processed.
