Windows Support: Firewall exception must be manually approved for mysqld during test run of presto-mysql #2443

Because of where the mysqld.exe is unpacked (random temp directory) during the presto-mysql test run, the Windows Advanced Firewall prompts the user to manually approve network access for mysqld.exe. The Windows Advanced Firewall does not allow wildcards in the program path so no rule can be created to allow mysqld executable network access. One solution would be to ensure mysqld is always unpacked to a standard path for test runs.
