Current behavior
The body of the table is broken when the window width becomes smaller.

Expected behavior
If the window width will be smaller, the table body get a scrollbar.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
Go to the plunkr, wait 3 seconds and make the right side smaller.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
