Defer directive postpones the loading the content until it becomes visible on scroll.

BUT, if I scroll down to the content, then press F5 to refresh the browser, there are 2 same tables in the page. You can try it in the doc page https://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/defer. I think it is a bug.

I tried to but can't avoid the risk. I think my team won't use this directive until you resolve this issue. Thanks
