Update time separator in Calendar component with timeOnly

Current behavior

I would like to change the time separator in Calendar component
Expected behavior

when using time only -
It's not possible to change the time seperator to '-' for example.
The pattern is hard coded with ':' as a seperator

update the time separator for better customization layer
