The year picker in the new month picker feature is set to 35% because in the normal calendar mode it needs to consider a month picker appearing beside it.

In month picker mode the month will never appear next to the year, the year picker should be allowed to use more then 35% of the width in the scenario.

This will fix the following example, where the text box for a month picker is too small -
