In the showcase at http://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/tooltip, tooltips are not placed correctly when the page is scrolled (i.e. window.scrollY > 0). Seems okay in Chrome, but tooltips are positioned incorrectly in Firefox 47.0 and 49.0a2 (2016-07-25) (Developer Edition), both running on Linux. Also tested with multiple versions on Windows 7 (from 38 through to 47) -- identical problem.
