Calendar should reset the UI when opening for the second time

Reported by a PRO user;

The Date picker will always show an date in the future and not the current date when opening the second time.

Reproducible: 100%
Steps:

1. Go to configure Date/Time. Select the Date Picker. From the drop down select Dec 2030. Do not select any date. Close the Date picker.
2. Go to another settings , make changes and save it.
3. Then select the configure Date/Time and select the Date Picker.

Observed issue:
The date picker will show for the month Dec 2030.

Expected Behavior:
To see the current month/year October 2018
