The value of Spinner component is not always updated after being manually changed. #7623

I have one spinner connected to form with initial value 3.14 - value is visible.
I have three buttons to change form value to 3, 3.14 and 4
Now when I click on each button spinner value changes.
But when I type "3,123" in spinner - button "set 3" doesn't work - other buttons works
And When I type "4,145" in spinner - button "set 4" doesn't works - other buttons works
