InputOtp: Pasting adds an extra character

When you paste some text longer than "length", "length + 1" characters are pasted.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Paste "abcdef"
   
2. remove the letter from the last box:
   
3. when you continue removing, it works ok
   

Expected behavior

it shouldn't add the extra character
