Is it possible to activate introspection queries in playground in production?

I deployed the tutorial app to heroku and the queries and mutations work as expected but the playground shows the message "Server cannot be reached".
I stumbled upon this apollo-server issue that describes the same problem apollographql/apollo-server#1718.

according to this, introspection queries should be enabled in production when playground is activated.
I couldn't find anything in the docs on how to activate this setting or is this already handled when setting playground to true?

Similarly, using the nexus-plugin-prism I would like to introspect the graphql schema of an app deployed to a heroku staging environment.
This is so I can use codegen to generate the front end strictly typed react components and hooks with https://graphql-code-generator.com/

Seems you can via the settings.change function @chrishoermann
