Would be nice to have a comparison of trade offs and best practises of either using the PrismaClient or Nuxt useFetch.
Seems most documation reccomends prismaClient but there are some nice things you get by using useFetch like automatic caching.

If I do my own "fetching" though I'm losing the db connection pool performance?
