Opening a shared preview results in preview geting stuck if content's url contains hash #50

It looks like if we create a shareable preview link on a page whose url contains hash, then when another user opens that link, the page is stuck on loading preview and doesn't refresh.

The preview works if the page url doesn't contain hash.
