Hi, I added support for Polar M460 and made other changes I needed (such as bipolar update) in https://github.com/mz-pdm/v800_downloader/tree/m460

Big thanks to @profanum429 for v800_downloader, which makes some Polar devices usable for us GNU/Linux users!
