Since we've changed our model quite dramatically in the past year, we've now got to come up with terms of service to clearly outline the responsibilities of both ProgHist Ltd (the publisher) and the teams starting new publications.
@JMParr has initiated this through a document that the Global Team is working on. We'll circulate this to the team for comment before making it public.
Ultimately this will need to be signed off by the Project Team and the ProgHist Ltd board before it can be used.

As @JMParr is on sabbatical, and as the Portuguese team is likely to begin work soon, I think it's reasonable that we merge this with the #1704 discussion about a general service agreement between ProgHist Ltd and its various publications. Any issues relevant to a "new" publication can simply be included in that, thus keeping our paperwork lighter.
I will close this, but if anyone thinks otherwise, please reopen and state your concerns.
