Apply <Outfit permissions to Actions
- Way to display on the Dashboard what can the Rank do
- List of all actions an Outfit can take:
  - Intel
    - Post as Outfit
    - Edit from Outfit
  - Delete from Outfit
    - Items and Market
    - Add to Cart
    - Complete Purchase
    - Deploy Inventory Items (loadouts)
    - Airdrop vehicles
  - Upgrades
    - Purchase Upgrades
    - Respec Tree
    - Favorite Upgrades
    - Prominent Upgrades
  - Missions
    - Sign into Mission
    - Cancel Mission
    - Claim Reward
    - Negotiations
    - Start
    - Modify
    - Cancel
  - Edit Details
  - Allies
    - Add
    - Remove
  - Own Units
    - Kick
  - Invites
    - Send
    - Accept
    - Refuse
  - Bureaucracy
Tier 0 - Owner, can do everything.
Tier 1 - Basically the owner save for extreme actions.
Tier 2 - Moderate trust.
Tier 3 - Low rank, is allowed some actions.
Tier 4 - No authority at all.
