[BUG] tv-casting-app: Corrupted uniqueId gets passed from sample app to SDK

Reproduction steps

Sometimes, the unique ID passed to the Matter SDK from the sample tv-casting-app gets corrupted in the tv-casting-app/android implementation. The logs for when the wrong uniqueId gets set look like the following:
