[TC-Mode base- 1.2] Manual Yaml Script has to be updated as per Test Plan

Description:

• Steps 4, 5 has been removed from Test plan, So Script has to be updated by removing these Steps for below clusters.
• Laundry Mode Select Cluster
  TC-LWM- 1.2
• Dishwasher Mode Select Cluster
  TC-DISHM- 1.2
• Refrigerator and Temperature Controlled Cabinet Cluster
  TC-TCCM- 1.2
