How are you running Flogo Web?

Describe the bug

Unable to import an app
1. Click on import in the landing page, file upload window opens
2. Select a file to upload
3. File upload window is not closing
Activity placeholders style issue (happening because css variables are not supported in edge)

Unable to export app
1. Create an app and a resource
2. Try to export app/selected actions from resources list page
3. Application JSON is not downloaded
Run stream simulation is not working
1. Create an app and a stream resource
2. Upload a csv file and run stream
3. Stream simulator panel opens but data simulation is not happening. UI shows waiting for data
