Mirai API HTTP: 1.9.1

现象：无论如何编译，均无法生成可被加载的插件（检测不到，显示已加载 0 个插件）。同样放在 plugins/ 下的 1.9.0 则可以正常加载。貌似和 CI/依赖无关。
