Review remaining DCAT terms #350

Looking through DCAT, it seems like we address almost every field. Of those remaining, I see:

  • rights
  • bytesize

Also, the components of:

  • dcat:Catalog
  • dcat: CatalogRecord

I'm not sure what else.

Catalog would be relevant and in line with some of the thinking on #309
CatalogRecord would be relevant for addressing #258

There's already been some work on directly serializing DCAT to JSON which can be seen at:
http://spec.datacatalogs.org/#datasets_serialization_format

Another thing worth noting here is that in DCAT, license and rights are under the Distribution domain rather than the Dataset domain.
