tlsx version:

main|dev

Current Behavior:

-pre-handshake/-ps completes the whole TLS handshake without early exit at certificate phase

Expected Behavior:

Early exit at server certificate phase for TLS<1.2

Steps To Reproduce:

$ tlsx -ps -u scanme.sh -json
