ReadtheDocs page on agentset tutorial redirects to the wrong colab notebook

**Describe the bug**
The colab and binder links for tutorial 3 - agentset redirect to the notebooks for tutorial 2  instead

**Expected behavior**
It should have redirected to the respective notebooks for tutorial 3 instead
