Emitter errors on installation

Hi all,
I'm trying to install the cqm-execution engine on a Node on FHIR instance, which uses the Meteor.js build tools; and am getting Emitter errors:

When I install the emitter package, I get the following error:

If interested, I'd be happy to create a minimum viable reproduction of the issue, so we can re-tool the library so it works across frameworks.
