We do not actually want to remove mappings from L_N for widget groups that are no longer present in the page. Further explanation in comments in the code.

Add
namespacecomponent to widget group ID. This can be the page, its module, or any ancestor module, thereby allowing for widgets in different pages to belong to the same group.
