Hi,

It might be quite useful also for Bioconductor developers to know how well the mappings from uniprot to other works. Could you please, compile some reproducible examples e.g. example data + code and share them with the Bioconductor package developers via the Bioconductor forum?

Use annotationHub to perform mappings. Added some sample R code to the package in the inst/runscript folder.
