Description:
This milestone is part of the [Bedrock/IPNI] Roadmap #1.

Objectives:

[synchronization to better ensure that operator indexes are 'in sync' with ours(with monitoring how far they're behind we can relay announcements to them to enable them to catchup)]

[Ongoing discussion about the leveraged push/pull advantages-disadvantages discussion taking place in design documentation.]

Consistency between indexer instances will be a more realistic goal to achieve in Q4 once the new IPNI database type has been distributed to all of the operator instances and monitoring is established between the services.
