After Purge messages of selected topics the info doesn`t update until the page refreshing #1889

Describe the bug

After clicking the button Purge messages of selected topics the information on Topics overview page doesn`t change until you refresh the page.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to local/Topics
  2. Chose some topic with messages by clicking check box
  3. Push the button Purge messages of selected topics
  4. Observe% the information doesnt changed, if you refresh the page - number of messages set to 0

Expected behavior

Number of messages set to 0 for the chosen topic right after the action completed.
