Feature request: Rotate upper part downwards

The Rotate lower part upwards in the slicer's Cut function is great, but actually i almost always need the exact opposite (i create hollow objects, that i need to cut so i can print them without innfill). Please add there Rotate upper part downwards as well, thx

I may be misunderstanding, but isn't that the same as flipping before cutting?

no. Imagine hollow cube. no flip before cutting will help you. you need to cut it and then rotate/flip the upper part.
