PrusaSlicer 2.3.0 Alpha2 wont start, shows kernel32.dll error

Behavior

I can't start the Alpha2 release, an error message appears when I click on it. The Alpha1 was still running.

It shows me the following Error Message:

prusa-slicer.exe - Einsprungpunkt nicht gefunden
Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "SetThreadDescription" wurde in der DLL
"KERNEL32.dll" nicht gefunden.

Translated briefly:
prusa-slicer.exe - Entry point not found
The procedure entry point "SetThreadDescription" was in the DLL
"KERNEL32.dll" not found.

Duplicate of #4974. The alpha2 unfortunately does not run on Win7. It should already be fixed in master.
