FR: First layer extrusion multiplier option in print settings

Sorry if this is not the way to write feature requests.

Now for the request:
I'd like to have a feature to set first layer and subsequent layers extrusion multiplier, as I need the extra filament to stick to the bed properly, but I can't leave it at like 200% for the whole print, because then my dimensional tolerances go out the window.
I'd like to set my first layer flow to like 150% and subsequent layers to like 90-100%.
