I tried for a good hour yesterday to get this working in Windows so I could install a game over the network, I got Ceph for Windows installed, the virtual hard drive showed up in device manager, but none of the tools (hdl_dump, hdl_dumb, opl_manager) would recognise it as a valid PS2 HDD and install games to it.
Searched all over the internet for a tutorial but couldn't find it.
Has anyone got this working in Windows?
