Issue

I noticed a discrepancy between the Documents Count and the number of documents 🤔

Possible solution

I see 2 of those documents have a revision of "2", while the third is "1" (2+2+1 = 5). Perhaps document updates are being counted as new documents? Contract in question: https://testnet.platform-explorer.com/dataContract/CSJgmhy1KpbAUyPRrXtQbcmTDzvb29J5MiUyqh8NiGum
