Simply executed command sudo pip install pvstats

It looks like you don't have access rights to install "The directory '/home/rob/.cache/pip/http' or its parent directory is not owned by the current user and the cache has been disabled. I ran mine through docker which works really well if you're familiar with docker

I tried installng it on Ubuntu 18.04 with sudo -H pip install pvstats, getting the following:

going to pypi.org looks like pvstats has been removed?
