Better formatting for reload failed/aborted messages in Teams

For consistency with Butler's Slack and email notification features, the same features should be available also via MS Teams.

Describe the solution you'd like
Replace the current Teams integration with a more flexible one that uses the same templating features used by the email and Slack notification channels.
