Update Ben's bio to add why he founded the Foundation #66

Problem to be solved:

having a bio we can point people who have to introduce @nebster to so that he's introduced with the Foundation context, and not just Samsung/Planetary/Stamen/Frog/Flickr
having a bio for Ben that explains codebase stewardship so he doesn't necessarily have to during his talk (especially relevant if his talk isn't about stewardship)

To emphasize:

based on Ben's decades of experience in doing cool technology things
he realized something was needed to usher in a better future for everyone
he realized that support for public organizations sharing open source code and policy as infrastructure was missing (we call this codebase stewardship)

Additional points:

borrow rhetoric from the case for support
potentially set Ben up to be an elder statesman of the internet?

Optional: do this for @bvhme as well?
