Documentation about Decommissioning is incomplete

Expected behavior

A step by step guide on how to initiate the decommissioning process.

Actual behavior

In this file , It tells me to "Copy VM files to archival disk" however I was also instructed to not copy the VM files in all instances, and I am not sure which instance I would have to copy to an archival disk.

Impact of this bug

I do not know how to copy VM files to the archival disk & I do not know which VM's this rule applies to. It also says "Remove from BigFix", however I do not know what Bigfix is, and I also do not know how to remove from backup solutions.

Acceptance Criteria

• Decommissioning instruction have been updated such that a new staff member can decommission a server.
• There's a link to the BigFix documentation
• There's a link to the backup solutions (Cohesity, Veeam)
• Theres an explanation on how to copy VM files to archival disk and a link when to apply this instruction.
