publication - takes a repo version (or repo latest), immutable distribution can start from pub .. locked to version; w/ repo it updates
repo action to publish
nice flow that doesnt require manually creating pub & dist just to see content
upload file by file creates new repo version (might want to also support bulk upload where we upload to tmp repo and copy when done)
repo might have an autopublish flag
list & download files .. content app, dist path (base url), has links to each file but is html, so iframe of distribution content?
