Issue details

The Okta Identity Governance feature allows to assign people and groups as "Owner" of groups. This is used to create request access workflows.
At the moment the pulumi okta module doesn't support the ownership field.

I think this is tracked in okta/terraform-provider-okta#1585 upstream. As soon as it lands, we'll port it over automatically.
