All three of the major cloud providers offer a managed service for VMWare:

  1. AWS
  2. GCP
  3. Azure

To run the acceptance tests, the provider requires the environment variable VSPHERE_SERVER ( the vCenter Server FQDN or IP Address for vSphere API operations).

We could consider utilizing one of these services in order to properly test out our provider on the VMWare Engine, but we need to be cautious of the cost + operational responsibilities of doing so.
