Build instructions in https://github.com/pupil-labs/libuvc/blob/master/INSTALL_WINDOWS.md are not up to date and will fail. Specifically I'm not able to to run cmake with VS 14 2015 on this project's CMakeLists.txt (as suggested in INSTALL_WINDOWS.md).

However the other docs we have at https://docs.pupil-labs.com/#libuvc mention VS 15 2017 and with this at least the CMakeLists.txt can be parsed correctly.
