Make the jobs page a single-page again

Use Case

In PE 2023.7.0, The jobs page to start a new job is split into multiple steps and we need to click through multiple pages to start the job. I think this was easier and faster with the old design.

Bring back the old design to start jobs

I don't see an alternative. I cannot modify it as a user.
